Trantec S4.04-BTX UHF wireless beltpack transmitter
For use with Trantec S4.04 and S4.4 wireless microphone receivers only – please note that each receiver can only pair and be used with a single transmitter at one time
Pocket transmitter, which may be clipped to clothing with its belt-clip, operates on four pre-programmed UHF license free frequencies. The plastic body has a sliding panel which reveals a battery compartment, controls to set frequency, gain and select either microphone or guitar input. On the top there is an on/off switch and power/battery LED. A screw-in antenna and a 3.5mm input jack with screw-locking facility are also situated on the top of the beltpack transmitter
CH 0 – 863.150MHz
CH 1 – 863.725MHz
CH 2 – 864.150MHz
CH 3 – 864.850MHz
All of these frequencies are on Ch 70 and are license-free in the UK
Legacy Trantec compatibility information: S4.04 transmitters can be used with S4.4 receivers (S4.4 transmitters cannot however be used with S4.04 receivers)
- New S4.04 transmitter on channel 0 will work with old S4.4 receiver on channel 1
- New S4.04 transmitter on channel 1 will work with old S4.4 receiver on channel 2
- New S4.04 transmitter on channel 2 will work with old S4.4 receiver on channel 3
- New S4.04 transmitter on channel 3 will work with old S4.4 receiver on channel 4
- Supplied without microphone – suitable microphones include LP2 clothing clip mic and HSE-80SX headworn mic

Wireless microphone transmitters will only work with their matching wireless microphone receivers from that manufacturers matching range of equipment. Digital wireless microphone transmitters and receivers are not compatible with or suitable for use as spare components in older analogue wireless microphone systems and vice-versa
Wireless microphone systems need to be connected to a public address PA sound system to work
