Sound Services will look after your public address sound system, wireless microphones and induction loop systems which are installed at your premises. Based in Fleet, Hampshire we offer comprehensive service contracts to venues and businesses that are located within 25 miles. Our service contracts are annual agreements that can be tailored to your requirements so that you have peace of mind at your Club, Bar, Restaurant, Store, Church or other Place of Worship
Your annual service package will ensure:
- Personal attention from your named Sound Services engineer
- Full system check, PAT (test) and inventory with written reports and certificate at the beginning of your yearly contract
- Peace of mind – ensuring that your PA sound system works as expected
- Telephone and email advice and support during your contract – working hours only
- Priority attention when you need it, including evenings and weekends – depending on your contract terms
- Loan of suitable equipment if yours cannot be replaced or serviced in an agreed time
- Suitable replacement items supplied and fitted at preferential rates
- Regular on-site checks of your equipment to ensure safety, operational stability and ease of use with PAT (test) and written report and certificate
